The platform

Built by community, for community

HIVnext replaces the Google Sheets and Google Sites setup that has carried the Differentiated HIV Services (DHS) program since 2024 โ€” one workbook per site, formulas pulling from formulas โ€” with a single cloud system designed around how outreach work actually happens.

Every implementing partner gets structured client records, link-to-care tracking, cross-site referrals and live indicators, with hybrid access control (RBAC + ABAC) so each person sees exactly the data their role and site allow.

The program is community-led and technology-enabled, working with Malaysia's Key Populations towards the 95-95-95 targets, rooted in dignity and confidentiality.
